My Story
It has been a journey to get to professional face painting.
To help pay for college, my sister and spent a summer painting faces on Venice Beach, CA.
When I graduated with my BS in Chemistry and went off to grad school. Face painting fell by the wayside.
A few years ago, my sister died from pancreatic cancer, and I started face painting again as a way to remember that great summer and to keep her close.
I started working again and taking classes with the International Face Painting School and became a certified Professional in 2026.
There is nothing quite like the smile of someone has just seen their painted face in the mirror. That smile is precious, and it is such an honor help make it happen.
